Riverside City

So I was reading a short story here on dA that ended up describing a "delicate purple, frilly sundress". I'm not great with colour name, so I opened up paint and started messing around with the colour swatches to try to determine what a delicate purple might look like. That's where the circles by the left came from. Over the course of the evening, that gradually morphed into this.

Edit: On second glance, this one's still looking a wee bit bare. I may re-upload it later with a few extra bells and whistles, although that, as always, depends on how motivated I am :/
